About Sweet Tofu Dessert... To be exact, Leifang's favorite food is Almond Tofu according to the Japanese version of all previous DOA games. In Japanese food, there aren't sweet tofu. Japanese only eat it non-sweet. So at first they found Chinese Desert to have sweet tofu to be interesting. There is a super famous and original Chinese Tofu resturant that opens several expansion in Japan. One of their famous dish there is the Almond Tofu desert. I tried that before in Japan and it is super delicious and special. The tofu liquidfy instantly when you put it in your mouth. It is that good. No wonder Team Ninja put that as Leifang favorite food. (It is one of my favorite one as well) But really if you talk about Chinese desert, there are unlimited number of good ones. In Chinese, the Almond Tofu desert is called Almond Tofu Flower. I think I want to stop writing now. I want to eat some. Ja Ne!
